Fondare management provides high caliber project teams for various  projects of all sizes and complexities. This ranges from the provision of integrated multi-skilled teams to the appointment of single project managers. Also made available is our engineers, QS department & assistance from our infrastructure and design team. Internal project management ensures teams focus on your project and deadline deliverables.


We are also an integral part of in the formation of, Pre-Bid Technical Proposals, Design, Permitting, Early Procurement, Construction Baseline Schedule Development, Schedule Updating and Maintenance (Onsite and/or Remotely), Third-Party CPM scheduling, Earned Value - Cost & Resource Loading, Impact/ Delay Analysis & forensic scheduling & remote scheduling. 




                                                       Inclusive services

 

  • Selection of the design and pre-construction Team and structure/communication - including the RFQ/RFP development, contract drafting and team selection process including a definition of consultant scope, roles and responsibilities

 

  • Administration and invoicing control to ensure a controlled and contractually consistent project progress of invoicing procedures

 

  • Design oversight monitoring and support of the Consultant Team in their development of a design that meets the project objectives

 

  • Construction contract development, review, and negotiations

 

  • Development of a Project progress monitoring, design documentation and evaluation process - including chairing/minuting weekly meetings, minutes and performance assessments of all project participants against their allocated responsibilities and their contract. The project schedule and budget performance monitoring and reporting including the recommendation of realignment and adjustment as needed to ensure that the project goals are achieved.
